Cookies set by the application

These cookies are HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. Secure delivery is enabled by the application's production detection, with additional Secure handling in the demo proxy. Logging out clears the relevant session cookie. The code clears a legacy el_back cookie but no current setting of it was found.
Google Analytics and embedded services
Existing pages embed Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-JPPLHMV7TD. Google Analytics can use cookies such as _ga and measurement-specific _ga_* cookies to distinguish visits and maintain analytics state. Their duration depends on Google and the configured analytics settings, rather than the seven-day app-session lifetime. Analytics loads only after you choose Accept on the cookie banner; choosing Decline leaves the Google tag unloaded.
Embedded YouTube videos and live-class services can make third-party requests and use their own cookies/storage when loaded or used. YouTube embeds use the privacy-enhanced domain; this does not mean playing a video involves no third-party processing. Google sign-in involves Google when you choose it. Font and library CDNs receive browser requests; their inclusion alone is not evidence of an additional app-created cookie.
Advertising cookies
No AdSense ad integration was found in the reviewed code. If advertising is enabled, vendors including Google use cookies to select advertisements using prior visits to this site and other sites; Google's ad cookies support personalization by Google and its partners. Manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings and participating vendors through aboutads.info/choices.
Local storage and session storage
Browser storage preserves course filters, registration/sign-up and assignment drafts, editor/workflow state and submission deduplication identifiers. This is distinct from cookies. Demo browser drafts are isolated from normal portal drafts. Depending on the feature, stored drafts can include the information or code you typed. Clearing storage removes local drafts and preferences; it does not erase records already submitted to the server.
How to control cookies and storage
Use your browser's site-data settings to inspect, delete or block cookies and local storage. Blocking session cookies can prevent sign-in and authenticated workflows. Sign out when using a shared device and clear saved drafts when appropriate. Google provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on; advertising opt-out links above address ad personalization, not all analytics or essential cookies.
A cookie banner asks every visitor to Accept or Decline analytics before the Google Analytics tag is loaded. The answer is stored in your browser only, under el_cookie_consent in local storage, and is never sent to our server. Declining leaves the tag unloaded; the sign-in cookie the site needs to work is unaffected either way. You can at any time - if you had already accepted, reload the page after declining, because a tag that has already loaded in the current page cannot be withdrawn. Third-party services embedded in a page, such as YouTube or a live-class provider, set their own cookies under their own terms when you use them.
